Long Term Care Investigative Services
Although federal guidelines deem that an in-house investigation be conducted when an allegation of abuse and/or neglect has arisen, most Long Term Care facilities do not have the appropriate training or investigative skill to properly address issues of abuse and neglect and may have difficulty determining the source of abuse. Resulting investigations of incidents are often lacking and incomplete. The lack of an investigative report can result in the issuance of deficiencies to your facility.
We are a group of Long Term Care (LTC) consultants with multiple years of experience specializing in investigation and prevention of abuse and neglect of the elderly in health care facilities. We can conduct your in-house investigation and prepare all necessary reports. We can also appear as expert witnesses in any Court proceeding and we offer training seminars for your staff and management.
